Within your account you can keep your details up to date such as; your email address to receive your tickets and your payment information. Your account is secured by a one-time passcode to ensure your booking is safe.
A One-Time Passcode (OTP) is a unique code that is generated to gain you access to your account. This means no need to remember or reset passwords. Each time you log in, an OTP will be sent to you via email. This will change for each login to enhance your security.
If you choose to make a payment to buy a ticket, the payment transaction is handled by a company called Stripe. We don't store any of your payment details - in fact we don't even see them at all.
Our platform does not require you to remember or reset a password. To login to your account please start by inputting your email address. You will be sent a One-time passcode via email to verify your identity and allow you to enter the account.
Once logged into your account you can update your details including email address, address, telephone number and preferred payment methods. It is important to keep your email address up to date as this is how you will receive your tickets. If you require some assistance with this, no problem! Your ticket will be sent to you up to 7 days before the event. These tickets will be issued to you via email as a PDF attachment. Please note: It is important to keep your email address up to date to receive tickets. This can be managed within your online account. If you are unable to access your account to update your details, please contact Ticket Quarter Customer Service Team.
All tickets are issued electronically to the email address registered to your account. Please allow up to 7 days before the event to receive your tickets. Tickets will be issued as a PDF. This can be scanned directly from your mobile device or printed at home ahead of the event.
All purchases made are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event has been cancelled, postponed or changed. In these instances, you will be contacted with next steps via email to keep you informed.
If a refund has been issued, please allow 7-10 working days for this to reach your bank account. All funds will be returned to the original payment card. Stored payment cards can be updated by logging into your account.
Tickets sold by Ticket Quarter are for private use. Ticket Quarter and tour promoters may monitor their sale and resale, and if we have reason to believe that tickets are being resold, we may invalidate them and refuse entry to the Event unless stated elsewhere by event promoters advising resale methods.
Ticket Quarter is a member of STAR – Secure Tickets from Authorised Retailers. STAR Members comply with a code of practice designed to help customers. You can be sure that a STAR member will always give the highest standard of professional service. If you have purchased from a site other than our own, we cannot verify legitimacy of your booking. Tickets can be issued via email only. This is an important step in reducing our carbon footprint.
Some events may offer a deposit scheme. This is where tickets are paid off via monthly deposits. Tickets will only be issued once all payments are taken.
You can cancel your deposit scheme at any time. To do so please contact Ticket Quarter at customerservice@ticketquarter.co.uk Once the scheme is cancelled, tickets will be released, and no further payments will be taken. Please note: Funds already paid into the scheme are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions.
Some events offer personal assistant tickets free of charge. This is on an event-by-event basis and subject to availability. All personal assistant tickets will require a valid Nimbus Access card to verify eligibility. This must be provided to Ticket Quarter ahead of the event.
