Creating a promoter account is free and easy. Within your account panel you can set up events, tickets, monitor sales and access key performance metrics. It is free to use, free to set up events, and free to sell tickets. Our costs are covered by a booking fee that is paid by the customer at the time of sale. No costs are passed to you at any time.
Once you have set up your account you will be able to download our ticket scanning app – available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. As well as accessing your event information in your promoter portal, the ID Scan app will give you quick and easy access on your mobile device. The app will provide full access to your sales statistics and ticket data, as well as allowing you to rapidly scan attendees effortlessly into your events.
