IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets.
TICKETS

Ticket Quarter will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed and tickets cannot be replaced.

Customers are advised to check their tickets upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Customer should contact Ticket Quarter immediately upon receipt if there is a mistake.

A ticket is valid for one admission for the Event only. Removal of the stub invalidates the ticket's validity.
RETURNS & REFUND

Tickets cannot be returned to Ticket Quarter after purchase, unless the Event is cancelled, or Ticket Protection has been purchased at the time of sale, or the Customer is instructed to do so by Ticket Quarter on the basis that Ticket Quarter is acting as a disclosed agent on behalf of the Event Promoter.

Refunds for cancelled Events will be given by Ticket Quarter under the instruction of the Event Promoter, and will be given once Ticket Quarter is in receipt of such funds from the Event Promoter.

Where such a refund is sought, the Customer must bring this to the attention of Ticket Quarter as soon as possible upon becoming aware of the change. In order to claim your refund, please return your ticket to Ticket Quarter with proof of purchase.

If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, the Promoter will usually give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If an event is cancelled by the Promoter you will normally be offered a refund. Please note that the Service Fee and any Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances. If you opted for Ticket Refund Protection this is also a non-refundable fee.

These terms and conditions do not and shall not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
PRICE & PAYMENT

The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the Customer's order is accepted by Ticket Quarter.

No order will be accepted until Ticket Quarter receives full payment.

For certain events, Ticket Suppliers may apply restrictions to tickets. Where a restriction applies to the number of tickets that may be purchased (whether per person, per credit card or per household) and tickets are purchased in excess of this number we may cancel the excess tickets.
DELIVERY

Depending on the type of event, tickets may either be delivered to the address specified by the Customer, printed off by the Customer, collected from Ticket Quarter (located within M&S Bank Arena Liverpool) or the venue box office.

For tickets returned to Ticket Quarter as "addressee unknown", Ticket Quarter and/or the Event Promoter reserves the right to cancel the order.

Standing tickets will be sent via Secure Mail and must be signed for unless the Customer has chosen to collect from the venue box office.

If the Customer's ticket is not being held by Ticket Quarter, and the Customer has not received their ticket from Ticket Quarter 72 hours prior to the event, the Customer should contact Ticket Quarter direct.
CHANGE TO EVENT

The Event Promoter and/or Ticket Quarter reserve the right to make alterations to the published Event programme where reasonably necessary.
USE OF TICKETS

The tickets purchased are for Customer's own personal use and may not be transferred or resold to any other person or body under any circumstances or used as part of any promotion or competition or for commercial gain. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or other breach of this term), Ticket Quarter reserves the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect and refuse admission to Customers using that ticket.

Ticket Quarter reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchased by Customers who Ticket Quarter reasonably believes to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.
CANCELLATION

Where an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, Ticket Quarter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Customer using the details provided at the time of order. Ticket Quarter does not guarantee that the Customer will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the Event.

Tickets will usually remain valid and refund requests will usually be accepted up until 1 week prior to the revised date, or 3 days after notification of the change (whichever is the later) unless otherwise notified, as instructed by the Event Promoter.

Please check before travelling that an Event has not been cancelled or rescheduled.
ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Each Event may be subject to specific entry restrictions or requirements. Customers are advised to check the details of each Event before attending.

The management and/or party appointed by Ticket Quarter (the "Management") reserves the right to refuse entry to an Event in reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void.

Certain Events may be subject to age restrictions. Customers are advised to check the details for the Event prior to purchasing any tickets.
LIABILITY

All property brought on to the Venue is brought at the Customer's risk and Ticket Quarter shall not in any way be responsible for any theft, loss or other damage in respect of such property.

Neither Ticket Quarter nor the Event Promoter will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused (other than death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Ticket Quarter or the Event Promoter).
DATA PROTECTION

Customer details are managed in accordance with Ticket Quarter's data protection policy a copy of which can be obtained from Ticket Quarter at its registered office or at www.lexliverpool.com

The Customer acknowledges that filming and recording authorised by Ticket Quarter may be carried out by the Event Promoter from time to time. The Customer consents to being included in such films and recordings.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If the Customer has any complaint they should contact the Event Promoter but may contact Ticket Quarter in the first instance for further information.

The laws of England and Wales will apply to these Conditions of Sale and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
